Dyzee (a.k.a. Karl Olivier Alba)

Guest Instructor

Being an originator of his own style, Dyzee was a large influence in the evolution of legwork in bboying and continues to be respected around the world as a young pioneer of the hip hop culture, while continually serving the community by organizing events, teaching classes, judging battles and battling internationally as well as being an inspiration to many.

Dyzee is the first fully asian/oriental bboy to dominate the bboy scene by winning the international Rocksteady 2002 Anniversary in New York, along with many battles during that time.

Dyzee recently set the Guiness Book World Record for the longest breakdancing circle, where he danced for 24 hours straight while raising over 10,000 US for cancer research.

You may have seen Dyzee in past and current TV commercials as well as music videos. Some of his work includes being the principal dancer in K-Os' music video "Love Song", Lara Fabians "I Will Love again", Susan Aglukarks "One Good Turn Deserves Another" and more.

Although Dyzee was only born in 1979, he continues to be a living legend and continues to hold one of best intricate footwork/legwork styles to have ever danced on this earth.

Come dance with Dyzee and see what the hype is about.
